In case any of my five loyal readers are wondering, I’m on the most recent of my (many) EVE breaks since I started playing the game in mid-2006. Work is taking up far more time than previously (as I freelance, this is a *good* thing), and in the few spare moments of gaming time I’ve fallen back on Total War: Empire.
That thing is Civilization-esque in its ability to suck you in. Maybe I need to pick up console gaming, with 5 minute games of instant-gratification, vs multi-day/week/year commitments.
Anyway, that explains my relative silence. Fly safe.
